Advance Beginner Hat Class!

Are you an Advanced Beginner?

Tired of making scarves? If you know how to cast on, knit and purl and you're ready to move on, this hat class is for you.

Judy and Brenda will teach you about gauge, swatching, choosing the right yarn for your project, knitting in the round on circular needles and double pointed needles, pattern reading, decreasing, and finishing. You will learn the basic skills needed to make a basic hat.

Requirement: You must purchase the yarn used in the class at The Yarn Shoppe. If you have size 16” circular needles, and double point needles in sizes 6 through 9, bring them. The reason is, depending on the yarn you choose, , and the gauge you knit will determine your needle size.

If you don't have needles, they will be available for purchase at your first class.

The fee for the 3 session class is $40.00.
